VigiaSoft LLC ("VigiaSoft", "we") runs vigiasoft.com. This notice explains what we collect on this site, why, and what you can ask of us.

What we collect

When you send the form we receive your name, company and work e-mail and, if you write them, your role, the process you describe and your timeline, together with the page you sent it from, the site that referred you and any campaign tags in the link. We use them only to reply to your request.

When you visit, our server processes your IP address and browser details to deliver the page and to stop abuse, for example by limiting how often the form can be sent. We keep these technical logs for no more than 30 days.

We do not ask for payment details, government identifiers or health information on this site. Please do not send them through the form.

How we use it

To reply to you, to continue the conversation you started and to keep the site secure. We do not sell or rent your information, we do not share it for advertising, we do not add you to newsletters or automated sequences, and we make no automated decisions about you.

Who helps us

Hetzner hosts the site. Resend delivers the form to our inbox. Our e-mail provider stores the messages we exchange with you. They process the information only on our instructions. We disclose information to authorities only when the law requires it.

Where it is processed

VigiaSoft is based in the United States, and the site and the information you send are processed there. If you write to us from another country, your information is transferred to the United States so we can answer you.

Analytics

We measure visits with Umami, which we host ourselves. It sets no cookies and stores no personal data: it counts pages, referring sites, browser and device type and approximate country.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.

How long we keep it

We keep contact requests while we talk with you and up to two years after the last exchange, unless an agreement with you requires longer. Technical logs are deleted within 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop using it. Write to privacy@vigiasoft.com. We answer within 30 days and do not charge for it. If you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another country with a data protection law, you can also complain to your local authority.

Security

The site is served only over HTTPS, and only the people who answer your request can read what you send.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

When we change this notice we update the date at the top of the page.
